# FAQ - Payment & Plans

#### Can I try Browsee for Free?

Yes, we have a free trial of 14 days for all our plans. Also, there is a FREE forever plan with restricted limits.

#### How are we charged at Browsee?

Browsee charges you based on your usage. So, even if you have higher number of sessions but you want to record a small portion of it, you can take a smaller plan and we will record lesser number of sessions according to the plan.

#### What will happen to my data once the history is over?

It depends on the plan you have chosen. Once, the limit exceeds, our systems will automatically delete the data and we are afraid that beyond that time you will not be able to access that data. However, we give the data by API for higher plans and you can get a dump on your own servers for your data!

#### Shopify Users - How to make payment for Browsee?

You can directly pay for Browsee from your Shopify App Admin and you will receive an invoice from Shopify itself. You can check [our pricing page ](https://browsee.io/pricing)for our paid packages.

#### Custom Agreements and Invoicing

Browsee only provides custom agreements, DPA, and postpaid invoices from **$99 or Pro** plans. Our **Starter** and **Plus** plans are self-serviced plans where you can just enter your credit card details and start improving your UX.

#### Support Plans

**Email support** is available to all our users. However, **phone support** is only for plans **> $99 or Pro** **plan**, and **chat support** is available only for plans **> $49 or Plus plan**.

#### Refund Policy
